How is this different from JobLogic?
Engineer OS is mobile-first. JobLogic was built for the desktop in 2008 and bolted a phone view on later. Our engineers fill in forms on a phone with one hand; theirs reach for a tablet. We’re also half the price.
Can engineers work offline?
The app shell is cached so the engineer screen loads fast on a flaky network, but submitting forms and uploading photos needs a data connection. A full offline mode that queues submissions until signal returns is on the roadmap.
Do you support our existing forms?
Twelve form templates ship out of the box (service reports, risk assessments, battery calculators, cable install checks, and more). We’ll convert your existing Word or PDF forms into digital versions as part of onboarding.
